Question 1

Are the prices public and fixed?

Accepted Answer

Package prices are public and cover everything listed in the package. If you need something outside the package, such as more pages or special functionality, you get a clear quote before work begins, with no surprises.

Question 2

Are there any hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

No. With the monthly subscription, hosting, domain and SSL are included in the price. With one-time payment, domain, hosting and SSL are purchased separately, and every line item is clearly listed in the quote before you sign.

Question 3

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

The monthly subscription is billed monthly, with no big upfront investment. One-time payment is a single payment for building the website, and the site is yours for good afterwards. We agree the payment schedule in the quote.

Question 4

What is the difference between the monthly subscription and one-time payment?

Accepted Answer

The monthly subscription includes the website, hosting and domain, SEO optimisation, maintenance and support for one monthly price. One-time payment covers building the website and basic technical SEO implementation, with support after launch, while hosting and domain are purchased separately.

Question 5

How long does SEO optimisation last in the packages?

Accepted Answer

With the monthly subscription, Starter includes basic SEO optimisation (1 month), Professional advanced SEO (4 months), and Growth advanced SEO (6 months). After that you can continue SEO by agreement.

Question 6

Which discounts are available?

Accepted Answer

Small businesses (companies up to 2 years old) get 10% off the monthly subscription and 20% off one-time prices. Everyone gets 10% off when you take 2 or more services.

Question 7

Can I upgrade or adjust my package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Project scope can be adjusted during the design phase. Any changes outside the agreed scope come with a transparent estimate, so there are no surprises.

Question 8

What is the smallest project you take on?

Accepted Answer

Our smallest services are logo design from €150 or a website within the Starter package, from €49 per month or from €499 one-time.

Question 9

Do I have to take maintenance?

Accepted Answer

With the monthly subscription, maintenance and support are included. With one-time payment, maintenance is optional, but we recommend it, because a site without regular security updates and backups becomes vulnerable and slow over time. We quote maintenance on request.
